Greetings Earthlings 👽 We were so busy and had Greetings Earthlings 👽 We were so busy and had so much fun that I didn’t take many pictures this year
This may not be the best quality photo, but the lo This may not be the best quality photo, but the look of concentration on her face while working hard to squeeze the glue bottle was priceless.  We worked on squeezing the glue bottle and ripping the streamer, both useful in strengthening those hand muscles for handwriting. ❤️
These mummies were a very ambitious project 😅 W These mummies were a very ambitious project 😅 We traced our bodies, painted them black, then added eyes and streamers.  Overall, kids enjoyed the process.
We had fun with these monsters! Students picked o We had fun with these monsters!  Students picked out what color they wanted the body, arms, and legs to be.  Then they rolled a die to determine how many eyes, teeth, and horns their monster will have.  We worked on color discrimination, counting, and it was an introduction to rolling a die.  I put left over parts in the art center if they feel inspired to make another one!

This month is all about our 5 senses! I can’t t This month is all about our 5 senses!  I can’t thank @madeformeliteracy enough for making planning super easy this month.  I had to adapt our anchor chart a bit to allow the kids to be more successful.  I made a colored border around each sense and used colored tape so they knew where to match to.  Everything is also laminated so I can use it next year!
